Worrying that my 3 year old won’t eat breakfast?

He’s 3, he’ll be 4 in October.
He’s never been a fan of breakfast.
It wasn’t such an issue before as he’s been at a private day nursery and if he hasn’t had breakfast I told the staff and they would give him something. Also during the day if we were out or at home together on non nursery days or at weekends I would give him a few snacks throughout morning.

He’s starting pre school which is inside a primary school after Easter.
As far as I’m aware they have a snack of fruit and milk about 10am.
My worry is if I can’t get him to eat breakfast at home before we leave, he’ll be starving at school and he often has tantrums/gets very emotional if he hasn’t eaten and feels hungry.
But he just won’t eat in the morning.

Any suggestions gratefully received.

Will he have something like a smoothie or milkshake maybe?

What is it that he doesn't like?
If it is that he doesn't feel awake enough to eat I would just get up earlier so that he has plenty of time to fully wake up.
If he doesn't like the foodstuffs try mixing it up.
I would do egg , all preparations, on toast, leftovers eg pasta , sardines on toast, porridge, tuna sandwich, cheese on toast, pancakes, mushrooms on toast, baked beans etc .My youngest always had a cooked breakfast of some sort , it's not really a burden and , particularly when they are very little and unreliable about eating their lunch at school , one knows that they were set up well in the morning.

This is going to sound really harsh but I’d let him find out himself. He’s not eating breakfast because later someone else will give him some. DD started having to take in breakfast because she doesn’t really like eating soon after waking. So one day I just let her go in without any breakfast but a really big snack box (she wakes up at 7 and her first snack is at 9:30 at nursery so not long and lunch is at 11:45). Back to eating something for breakfast each day pretty quickly.
