My ex did not turn up to court after appointment two of his contact order request.

He strangled me when baby was 6m. He was arrested, I got a non-molestation, he requested contact but did not want to do the DV and drug tests so stopped coming. Judge gave him two chances, on second she agreed to say no contact and should he turn up again he would not be seen favourably.

I'm married now and our daughter goes by my husband's last name. My ex is just a waste of space, I was on the pill, having a child with him was a bad thing, but I love my daughter and left after he was violent.

I'm just freaking out as his sister has been in touch. I'm thinking she will try to get him to go for contact again and just really wanting someone to say 'it's obvious that he will never be granted contact'

I'm just apprehensive. Our life is perfect, he can offer nothing to her, and I don't want her upset and least of all do I want her taken from me in any way and put in a dangerous situation.

Thanks for reading.

His sister has been in touch with who? You? If so, ignore her. If others you know, ask them to not discuss anything related to you/DD with her.

You don't know what she's after maybe to just see how DN is, but in any case, ignore/block.

Best of luck xx

Realistically his sisters cannot gonfor contact it has to be him. The same conditions will apply as before. He will likely need to do the drugs tests and the dv tasks requested before. If he still can't be bothered to turn up to court then he still won't get custody - no matter how much his sisters want him to.
