Hi very early but can't sleep don't know which heading to post under
I was wfh for 18 months during covid, my boss told me to come back in office been in 3 weeks and he barely acknowledges I am in, just says hello and sits in silence when just us 2 in office but if anyone else is in talks a jokes away normally with them. I Used to work one to one with him before covid given him reports. His niece has taken on his role but based 200 miles away. But visits
There was an issue and he said let's sort it and move on but I feel he hasn't moved on.
There was covid and Xmas bonus given out to staff but I received none which makes me quite annoyed as I always got Xmas bonus.
I have got, another job and need to start it on Monday so won't be able to give notice.
Sorry for rambling I really feel they want me gone anyway.
They are a family business and I am the only one in our office not related to them.
I am there 9 years
I was going to email them and say I am taken annual leave to get my mental health sorted.
I did speak to bosses daughter about it Wednesday she said she would speak to him and that I shouldn't have to come to work in such a state as she saw me in on Wednesday.
I reached out to another girl at work yesterday and she asked if I was OK I replied No I'm not OK and she didn't even open my reply. Don't know if I'm been paranoid I just feel no one in my work cares how this is affecting me.
What should I do say I got another job and not get holiday pay due or last weeks wages it would total about 1200 and I really need it.
