Ex undeclaring pay

Posting for traffic. I’ve recently put in a claim to CMS. Ex has declared income using last years tax return. He started a new job in October where he earns 50% more than he did. His income has been calculated at at least 10k less than he earns now. He says I’m being greedy…

I’ve but in a request for readjustment stating the circumstances. I believe the paying parent is supposed to declare if their income increases by more than 25%?

I wouldn’t be too fussed, but it took 2 years of chasing to get a penny out of him in the first place. He was in a worse financial position than me so I let it go believing we were both doing our best. Now he’s living with a working partner and he earns more than I do alone. He has also dropped one day a week contact.

AIBU to expect more?
