To not patch the holes in our house?

We're moving house next week. We've patched and painted any holes downstairs (from hanging pictures and whatnot) but we don't have the paint colour from our bedroom anymore - it's also been discontinued upon further research.

Is it better to leave the holes as is or would you at least patch them with filler? There are only 4 holes from nails.

TIA!

I’d fill them.

They’re probably going to redecorate anyway.

Depends if you Re renting and likely to lost deposit or not? If selling then I wouldn't fill them.

@Auntieobem we owned the house so are selling. It probably does need a fresh coat of paint anyway as we haven't painted it since we moved in some years ago...

Our previous owner had just left the nails in...Most of them we made use of for our own hanging stuff.

If you've already removed the nails, I'd probably leave unfilled. A streak of filler, or the scratched paint, will look worse/more obvious than no filler at all I'd think.

I think you should fill them. They will probably repaint the room, but I would expect the holes to be filled.

Do nothing expect they will repaint.

Thanks all

I never remove hooks or fill in holes. And your buyers bought it knowing that you had stuff hanging and the paint was old.
You should leave the house clean but don't bother with filling or painting.
