Sorry, after nearly 7 years living together and me looking after his 3 kids ( 1 disabled) my partner gave me nothing for Mother’s Day apart from “ you are not my mother” I feel so crappy and worthless. I am struggling at the moment as my family in Ukraine is dying and fighting

Stop looking after his kids unless they are also your kids

You're not my mother is a stupid argument. Little ones need help and older ones could do with a couple of reminders. I wonder how ofter men hear you're not my father. I'm guessing most mums who hear that excuse have expressed disappointment or upset. It's mean to respond that way.
