I just saw a clip on CNN but I don't seem to be able to share video. Anyway everyone has probably seen it if they watch the news.
Haven't watched in many months but DH was watching. Just saw Macron and Biden chatting, Boris holds his hand out to say hi and they completely ignore him. There's no way Macron didn't see.
Pretty sure this happened to Theresa May and people began claiming she had no leadership power. Wasn't on Mumsnet then so no idea what people here thought....
