Not an Aibu, posting for traffic.

I need ideas for swimwear.

I've been invited to a last minute long weekend away with some friends. I am totally unprepared and stressed about beachwear / poolside.

I'm slightly overweight and out of shape since having my children in the last couple of years, and really feel self conscious.

I am looking for ideas for places to shop online for swimwear that is flattering and not too revealing, made for curvier women...

Anyone?

Thanks a lot

I'm a size 16, H boobs. I only recently discovered a tankini! It has the ease of separate pants, so its SO easy to slip on/off for loo visits and can be worn under clothes. The stomach part is very flattering and holds you in, but still comfy. I had previously only bought wired swimwear, but again- this holds them in place! Also- the price is fantastic! You can buy full briefs or smaller ones to go with it too.

Thank you! I've never worn a tankini before I will have a look.

I've just found this website that looks to have lots of choice if it helps anyone else.

I'm determined to find something I'm comfortable in so it doesn't spoil my holiday.

I got my latest one from Next, it is the first time I have felt comfortable in swimwear for a while due to weight gain and changes to my body during pregnancy over past few years.

I second the Matalan separates above. I have a few of them for the beach. The full brief style bottoms have much better coverage and support than a one piece and the tops are also supportive and flattering. They do various patterns of the same style and you can mix and match styles of both tops and bottoms in each.
