I feel like due to various stressors like (type 1 diabetes exhaustion, iron deficiency grinding my energy down into the dust) my baseline mental health needs a boost right now. Which I'm trying to work on.
But wondering if other women with ADHD feel if things get harder for them premenstrually?
I thought it was merely anxiety before period increasing, but I literally feel SO restless and bored yet fatigued and almost depressed at this time of the month, for the last few months in a row.
Normally I don't really get bored at all! Am very good at amusing myself! But I can't concentrate on any of my interests despite desperately wanting to and just feel so agitated 
Anyone else like this with ADHD? How did you fix it?
I also genuinely feel like blubbing right now because I desperately want a Cadbury's Twirl from before they started putting palm oil in, which obviously I can't have...
