Pile after birth

It’s nearly 6months done all the treatment prunes juices, no constipation, fibre diet, cream and anal tablet etc but pile isn’t going away coming back again just all day with tears cannot walk, cannot wear trouser and cannot sit down please help me anyone knows anything that will help me.

What's the doctor say? If you've tried all that and it's reducing you to tears regularly from discomfort, it needs a doctor.

I have contacted doctors many times in this 6 months. They always said the same thing. Fibre diet plenty fluids etc I don’t eat spicy food, under the age of 40 and walk and very active person but this problem is killing me I had second baby normal delivery after first child with c section. I was in Labour 40 hours and my baby head move in last few hours so doctor has to do foresip baby. I push a lot and that creat this pile. They are inside not outside. My baby is going to be 6 month after a week and I m very up set and cry all day with pain.

Oh you poor thing. I had piles for a short while after my dd’s birth and it was so miserable.

I’m afraid you need to keep contacting the GP - don’t give up until you are seen and a plan is made. Really make it clear that it is affecting your day to day life and your mood and how much pain you are in. Don’t play it down or put a brave face on it. Tell them you have done all the things suggested on previous consultations but now want to know what the next step is. Good luck.

Thank you very much fir your help, I am going to contact again today. you know I have been reading this page fro many months and now I thought let put my own problem. It is effecting my daily life I could go anywhere cannot sit in the car you know car seats are harder than home sofa. I was thinking of going back to work end of the year but this problem won’t let me do anything. And with time of 6 month it’s gone more worse and become more sensitive. I usually have soft poo but sometime at the start little less soft that made a pile snd left the pain for next 10-12 hrs 🥲🥲🥲
