Hi I’m a good distance from my grandchild and look forward to seeing her when I can but I don’t think I am getting enough?

You don’t think you are getting enough face time calls?
How much are you FaceTiming now? Did you have a close relationship with your son/daughter and parent before the baby?
There isn’t really much info to go on.

How often are the FaceTime calls?
How long do they last?
How old is grandchild? Can they talk/communicate?
What’s the relationship like with the parents? Is it your DS or DD?

Depends on the age of the child.

If it needs to be facilitated by the parents then it's really down to them.
