Neighbours dogs left outside continuously barking

I'm going to lose it in a minute! It looks like my neighbours have done out (cars not there) and left their 3 yapping dogs outside who have been incessantly barking for over the last half hour. It's so loud. It's woke my full house including my baby up. Selfish twats. Is there anyone I can call to report this right now?

Is this a regular or one off? If it's regular, I believe that the council for a noise/ barking nuisance complaint. For today, now specifically, I'm sorry and it must be so frustrating but can you put some music/ whiter noise on in the child's room to drown it out?
