Work in a prestigious college. Toxic work environment

Aibu to expect after a grievance that they would move me to another job in Prestigious College and keep me at my current salary. I'm having to leave because I put in the grievance, the College took it seriously but the man it was against and his mate (with a massive 1000 pills a month addiction) haven't taken it seriously. So the homophobic slurs, casual racism and Misogynistic behaviour won't ever stop. The other colleague with prescription pill addiction backed other guy for fear his secret will come out if he doesn't. Anyone involved HR, safeguarding, HOS, half the College really know the environment is toxic. They're no longer able to ask people to retire even when over 72 so he'll get a warning in his work file.....which he won't need to worry about as he won't be needing another job after...

The job I would have to go to is a lot more physical, and it was the one I left because I wanted to leave a physical cleaning job and work in an prep room with more computer work instead. There are no other options at the moment....or rather there are about 24 job vacancies that they're struggling to fill because they pay so badly but none are suitable until I pass my FE courses. They're also all less hours or 7 day shifts.
