I was attempting to book tickets for the cinema tomorrow for DS2 and his friends.
When it got to the payment bit I got an error message saying there was a problem with the payment and to try again. I tried again and got the same error message. I'd just paid a larger bill before this so wondering if the bank thought something was up I call them. The bank (and now my banking app) show that one of the payments has gone through, but I have no tickets showing in my account, no confirmation email about the tickets and they are still showing as available online.
The customer service helpline could not help, I've facebooked and sent a message on Twitter but had not joy.
AIBU to think Vue is being utterly UR to have no way I can speak to someone and give them the payment authorisation code to check if my tickets are available!!
