I've been given a bill of £978 for 3 months worth of gas and electric from British Gas which is frankly ridiculous and can't be right, they have advised I have used 30,000 KWh for those three months!! I can't get through to them to query and it's making my anxiety really bad. What if they cut me off for not paying or charge me a late payment fee. It's so frustrating, there's no way that bill is correct. I just don't know what to do.
