I suffer so bad from emetophobia and anxiety.

I bought my 2 year old some fromage frais from Morrisons on Saturday, hes ate them since Sunday. I've just seen that the sell by is 28/08/2022

They did have abit of water on but smelled and tasted normal. He ate his last one at 6pm today is he gonna be okay?! I'm so worked up I feel full of guilt.

Hi there
They are in date so should be fine?

ellesbellesxxx · 16/03/2022 02:17

If they smelt and looked ok I am sure they are fine xxx

araiwa · 16/03/2022 02:18

Have you got the date wrong?

If he's eaten them over the last few days and been fine then he's fine

KeeG8181 · 16/03/2022 02:20

28/02/2022 🤦‍♀️

If they tasted and smelled fine I'm sure they're probably fine.

The yogurts shouldn’t have been sold to you, but the ‘sell by’ date is different to the ‘use by date’ so if they smelled and tasted ok your little one will be fine.

Literally just fired a complaint to them im so annoyed! Surely if he was gonna be unwell I would know by now, if he ate it at 6pm

Yes, you’d probably know by now, but even without that, be assured that something like fromage frais for kids (with sugar and flavour), last a ton longer than the date.

And if they weren’t OK, they would smell quite obvious, like cheddar cheese.

He’ll be fine.

He'll be fine. I never check dates in yoghurts!
