10 days post first positive test, no longer experiencing symptoms. Still getting strong positive on lft though. Can she go back to school tomorrow?

As long as there's no fever, yes.

Yes she can if she is 10days post first day of symptoms or positive test. LFT result is irrelevant after 10days
