To want to try to understand this friendship situation ..

Its not a judgement, its a genuine need to understand situation( or maybe myself!)
We have some friends who see their friends almost everyday, pop in for drinks, walks, catch ups.They say( as i am sometimes there, see you tomorrow) .
Now , what I cant understand is why a group of adults would want to see each other, the same group, most days.
I would absolutely feel claustrapobic. I would hate someone calling.to my house so often much as they may be lovely people.
I like variety, privacy ,as well as a core group of friends , but I dont see them each week. This would freak me out and I cannot see the attraction .

I am in the minority and bu to see this as a bit strange..?

Must add they are all lovely people. Its just perplexing me and I womder if i am odd .

Its not about being odd.

Its down the fact that we are all just different. I see my best friend a couple times a week. She is dps sister, so my sil and we live close. We also have 4 dogs that we, essentially, share.

Just how life turned out. I see her more than dp. Her eldest is always here.

I don't think your odd for not wanting to see your friends daily/weekly.
I do think your a bit odd for not understanding we are all different and want to live our lives in different ways.
Do you not find it more perplexing that some people take great enjoyment in physically hurting others?
Why is this what has highlighted people are different to you?
