DVLA Question

Apologies. Posting for traffic.
Due to bereavement, I am trying to submit a change of registered keeper's details to DVLA.
Car owned by same individual for years but there appear to be 2 log book documents relating to the 1 car.
1 set appear to be from October 2013 and the 2nd set are from June 2014.
IIRC this was an "ex-demo" vehicle.
Do I submit both sets of documents or just the one from 2014 - which is when the owner took delivery, I think?
And, do I put new keeper's details on both green slips?
Tried the DVLA bereavement line and it just tells me evryone's busy, try later and then cuts me off.

Are the two different log books the old type blue and new type red?

If so then the valid one is the newer red copy
(You can send back the blue one as well or just destroy it)

You should send the change of keeper details on the latest copy

@Tomikka : Not 2 different types, no.
Both are the same and are red.

That’s a little odd. But not particularly a problem to worry about.

The second may be a duplicate that was requested if they couldn’t find the original
(Another possibility could be if it was passed between relations - I once bought my fathers car so the only difference on change of owner was our middle initials)

I would still go for change of owner on just the newest version & destroy the older copy
