Had a SEN meeting with teacher tonight and it went so well! School are working so hard to help my child, there’s so much support and at one point, they were even described as a joy to teach! Also, they have friends!!!! Not just one or two, but lots of friends! I’m so happy and don’t want to put it on my personal SM but want to show off so much!!! 🥰

Wonderful news, my 2 DC also have Sen and it’s fantastic to have days like this. They can do anything with the right support, mine both have offers to go to University in September so we’re at the end of the journey but I remember days like yours so well

You must have played a huge part too.

My dad was a very old school teacher and often worked in special education and used always say, the school can only do so much for a child, the parental back up is what makes it work.
