How do I use this bloody voucher???? Groupon!

When I left my job at xmas they gave me a groupon voucher. I don't seem to be able to use it!
They purchased the activity and so it isn't in my purchases and the code doesn't work on "redeem giftcard" which is the only thing I can find!
Surely people buy each other these things often and so they should be easy to do!

Is it for a specific activity? Normally if so you go to the activities website, e.g. www.gokarts.com, and there's a bit where you apply the Groupon voucher there.

The redeem a gift card on Groupon is if you had a monetary value gift card.

It is a meal voucher. You can't pay on the website you just make a reservation.

You should have fine print on the voucher which tells you how to use it.
If not try the live chat, they're usually v helpful.

After resetting the password 4 times I have finally managed to get in. An there is no availability before the bloody thing expires!

Inform Groupon. They will likely give you a credit if expires before use.

Speak to them, they extended one of mine by a year without problem.
