Quick Weight loss tips please !

Hey everyone I have a picky holiday coming up with the family to Jamaica I also given birth a year ago so have some baby weight on I'm looking for any quick weight loss ideas even if it's not a wealthy way I just need fast results

I'm thinking of doing a soup diet so just hienz canned soup for lunch and dinner and a healthy breakfast and fruits in between

Well there isn't really a quick weight loss strategy that works long term.

Basically if you want to lose a lot of weight in a short period, just don't eat much/anything? It won't stay off though as you'll end up bingeing before long

Have you considered low-carbing? You don't have to starve yourself but the weight does come off quickly. I personally can't do it long-term as I miss carbs too much but it's ideal as a short term 'boost' on a diet.

OP you can still do something reasonable that will help you lose weight without having to crash diet, which hopefully won't make you too miserable.

Have something high protein for breakfast
My go to is porridge with protein powder and fruit
Or eggs - however you fancy them! I like scrambled, poached or an omelette.

Lunch have salad with an obvious protein (chicken/fish/eggs) fill it up with lots of salad pieces you like.

Or soup! (Try to still find some kind of protein to have)

Then again a good protein for dinner with side of lots of veg. I love toast veg, even carby ones carrots/butternut squash/parsnips.

Try not to exclude any specific food cos you'll just crave it more! Just have a little bit of what you fancy :)

How fast is fast? I'm losing a kilo a week by taking my ideal weight in pounds and multiplying by 10 to get my calorie allowance for the day. This is sustainable for a long period and I don't want to lose more than a kilo a week (well I do of course but I wouldn't be on that diet for long)! I am eating healthy foods but really you could eat anything as long as you watch the calories.
If you wanted to lose really quick follow the fast 800. But you can't really do that for long (I can't do it at all). Try and get some exercise too, but it's the amount you eat that will make the scale move.

How long you got?
Consistency is key.
Go on a crazy diet and there's a good chance you won't be consistent.

Zero carbs and it will drop off. Heinz soup and fruit is full of sugar so beware of anything processed and eat veg rather than fruit
