Highlighted Hair - am I being picky

Had my hair done last week. According to the new hairdresser this was a full head of highlights. Think she missed a bit. Beyond fuming only works twice a week so would have had to wait for her to look at it. I am sure whennyou get hair done you shouldnt come out with roots you dont go in looking worse than you went in.

Was it highlighted before?

Yes it was.. went down the road to another salon to get it finished. Much better she was like there is a lot of brown patches and a lot of the highlights had bled
