AIBU to ask if anyone has any experience of MAD devices please?

Do they work, which one did you buy, any to avoid, any to recommend?

I don’t but I have a CPAP which has been life changing.

Tried it, couldn't sleep in it, gave up.

Losing 2 stone has worked wonders. Used to be able to hear myself snoring when I was awake, not good.
