Lighthearted - Ghost stole my glasses....

With the missing vibrator thread, have this for you -
So, I lost my reading glasses a month ago, twice have searched my car thoroughly. My spare pair broke this morning, so I had another good look in the car - nowhere to be seen. I went on a short journey to visit a client and when I got back in the car, the missing glasses were in the centre consol! They were DEFINITELY not there earlier as I had searched, as I have been been for the past month. I am the only keyholder and no-one else has access, I am of sound mind and there is not a reasonable explanation. I am certain that something other-worldly stole them, then kindly returned them as they realised that I was in need. Has something weird like happened to you?

Not me, but in the threads here about creepy stuff there are several similar tales, usually about jewellery. Just a departed loved one telling you they're around!

We have a ghost with a penchant for socks (only in singles) and pillow slips (again never a matching pair)

One day I lost my house keys. Looked high and low, tore the house apart. Quadruple checked every room.
Finally phoned the kids schools to say I wouldn't be able to take them in because I didn't have a key to get back in my house if I left and closed the door behind me. Hung up the phone, walked into the living room and the keys were just sat there in the middle of the very tidy floor. Nothing near them that could have hidden them from view, I literally have no explanation.

I'm convinced a ghost is having a laugh at my expense. Frustrated that DS and DH won't believe, they say that the glasses must have been there all along. They were not, I have repeatedly searched for them and would definitely have noticed them in the centre consol!

Feel around the central console- is there a hollow area they could have slid into and when you were driving they were shaken loose?

At the time I was living alone. I lost a very precious necklace, I searched everywhere and in the end had started to give up hope. Then one day I found it laid out neatly in the bathroom...I have no explanation and it still makes me feel scared/creeped out.

Jacapo - have inspected area around consol - no holes or anywhere glasses could have been hiding.
