I'm posting on here for traffic. Recently I got promoted. I've only been in my previous job for a year and it's a great opportunity for me with more responsibility but also more work overall.
Since my promotion was announced a few people have been acting strangely. One old team mate is making comments about me in team meetings. Another who is a new team mate is trying to make me feel small, talking over me and constantly trying to undermine me.
Not sure what I've done to deserve but I'm wondering if IABU to feel a bit hurt that a few people are being like this.
