To go or not to go?

Lunch planned in a nearby town with sister and DD today, haven't seen her for a month or so.

However I slept so badly last night and she's a very loud character & just don't think I have it in me today. She's going to the town today anyway so it won't be a wasted trip for her.

Should I go or re arrange?

A small problem but I don't have another adult to discuss this with.

Have a coffee and go

Go

If it’s literally just lunch and the rest of your day is manageable then I would still go.

I have a chronic illness and I’m constantly having this inner battle of ‘can I do this?’ so I get where you’re coming from about people/activity being draining. But sometimes pushing through actually makes me feel better. If you’re struggling (with your mental health or just lack of sleep, etc) then it might be good to get out?

Hope you had a good day @bexxboo, whatever you decided to do.

So, I went, had a lovely lunch and was good to get out.

Glad I went, it cheered me up. Now I can't wait to have a full nights sleep.

Thanks guys
