To vape?

Trying to quit smoking, have tried absolutely everything, everything (except vaping) and never been successful for more than a few days. I'm thinking now about starting to vape - but wondered - is it just as bad for you as smoking? Has anyone had any success of quoting smoking through vaping?

Also could anyone recommend a good vape for someone just starting. The younger people at my work are always complaining about theirs breaking etc. Price is not an issue to me so if I could have some recommendations that would be great.

The only thing that got me off cigarettes was vaping. But it started making me cough, so I switched to nicorette quickmist. The downside to this is the price, and it's just as addictive as smoking. I'm consoling myself by remembering that nothing is going into my lungs. It's still not ideal but better than smoking. I gave up cigarettes 9 years ago.

I smoked for over 20 years. Switched to vapes and then quit vaping after 2 years and now don’t smoke or Vape. Couldn’t have quit the smoking without the vape though

Be careful as I started vaping and can't stop. Completely addicted and it's worrying.

The Elfbar cream tobacco is quite nice apparently, my friend stopped smoking using vapes and she now no longer vapes and can't remember why she ever smoked. Good luck op!
