We are a business looking to buy a larger commercial industrial property and in Scotland its near impossible. At the moment its all leasing thats available.
Miraculously 1 property that is ideal for us has became available in the market as offers over £825K.
Its going to a closing date.
Does it work the same as a residential property ( at the moment in our area the property market is mental)
So i suppose im wondering if anyone has an idea of how much commercial properties are going over the asking price given the current market and rareness of it or is this like asking how long is a piece of string?
