Neighbours 2 dogs barking nonstop for up to 14 hours a day aibu

She goes out and locks the dogs in a tiny room and its non stop its been happening for months. It starts after 7am in the morning sometimes earlier right up until 10pm at night. She never walks them and have 2 minute toilet time outside then locked up again.
Aibu to have reported her? Its neglectful and bloody annoying as well

There is nothing wrong with me thats a very unnecessary comment to make to someone you know dot about, people come here for advice they shouldnt get abuse. Firstly i work shifts, ive been off sick for past two weeks and disnt realise how bad it was so assuming theyve been like that since she got the dogs a few months agoand have already spoken to neighbour who told me she was only looking after them. They still there barking their heads off

Yanbu op. Have you spoken to your neighbour? (Always good to try that first if possible). Otherwise Environmental Health should be able to investegate this as a noise nuisance and the dog warden / rspca may be able to look into it on animal welfare grounds.

Does she know that they are barking all day?

Report if you feel the dog is neglected

Dogs bark not a lot you can do about a dog barking. Dogs don't know noise is unsociable.
