I feel so sad about what is happening in Ukraine but so heartened by Russians using social media to post "say no to war" om their twitter, facebook pages etc...

Not sure if there are any Russians reading these boards or if anybody who has friends so we can encourage more people to do this... if it is for safe people to do so...

Yeah, because Putin is really going to listen, isn't he?

Sorry to thats probably a bit too, strudent. And yes, it's important to know that not all Russians support this. But social media posts isn't going to make the slightest practical difference.

There's also the anti war protest at St Petersburg. But it's definitely not safe for them, it's unclear as of yet, but so so many have been arrested already.

It's a dictatorship, the police will do it for him and you bet people will report their friends and families and neighbours for taking part.

And it's not just the person arrested who will suffer, it's their families and even friends as well.
