Kate Spade refunds **Title edited by MNHQ**

Purchased a bag on sale from Kate Spade online, decided I want to return it. Have just checked their returns process and it says sale items must be returned in 14 days (full price items have 30) - but I bought it 20 days ago!

I'm so upset with myself for not checking first as it wasn't cheap and I could do with the money.

Do you think there is any chance if I do return it now I would get a refund? AIBU to think the person doing the returns won't notice/care about the date?

Could you ask for a credit note?

I would just return it.

You could try but you might just get a credit and no bag back. So depends on whether you’d prefer to keep the bag in that case. I thought their might have been a resurrection based on the thread title.

Yup, title is hideous.

And OP, basically you screwed up. You have left it too late, and you have no right to return it. Check dates and know what you're doing, next time.

Think you legally have 14 days from the date of receipt, rather than date of order:

I'd probably just return it pronto (tomorrow) and hope for the best.

Think I’m about to get caught out on a return to Winser that is past 14 days. If they’d just bloody well still include a return label instead of making you faff about printing one, I’d have been on it quicker. Hope you get your refund OP.
