Anyone been scammed like this

Had a call from a local number asking about my car accident. I just thought it was the usual and hung up but they called back from a different local number and said my full name and address?
How have they got this info? Anyone had similar?

My car was hit in car park (I wasn’t in it) People involved - my insurance, her insurance, security guard at shopping centre (I got security to tannoy her she wasn’t in car either she’d not put her handbrake on), accident repair place. One of them sold my details. Obviously no idea which one they won’t tell you if you ask and asking that usually ends call.
Surprised still going on as no money in most RTA claim work hence calls re mis sold solar panels etc now.

I say this every single time and they hurriedly end the call, so feel free to try it...
"Look, I've served my time. That death haunts me. I've changed my ways, when are you just going to stop reminding me?"
Before you go any further they've gone. Guaranteed.

i have a great answer for them my last accident is now 6 foot tall and will be 40 this year they soon bog off

Re GDPR, no one does anything about it. There was a good article around in lockdown about how the Information Commissioner's office was effectively closed.
