I've been taking 50mg of sertraline since September. All been going well and they've certainly helped with some of my issues, particularly with my sleeping. However I felt that they where not effective enough.
I spoke to my Dr on Friday who advised I increase my dose to 100mg. I decided to do it slowly so have been taking 75mg since then. All was fine until today. I've got extreme pain in one breast, it's also very swollen. My entire body aches even my skin and I feel exhausted.
I called my surgery but unfortunately my GP is away so I can't speak to her until next Friday. The receptionist told me I should reduce back down to 50mg until I can speak to the GP.
I'm just a bit concerned, the receptionist was very kind and helpful but I'm not sure if I should have been able to speak to another GP about this.
Has anyone else experienced these symptoms?
