Booked an appointment with Siemens to get my dishwasher repaired as it's in warranty on their website for between 12-5 on 14/2. Received email confirmation then an hour later they cancelled it and rearranged it for between 7am and 5pm on the Wednesday. I had booked it for the Monday deliberately because my DD isn't at college on a Monday and would be home. Rang up and got it changed to today between 12-5. Email confirmation and they say they'll call before they arrive. 18.50pm yesterday I get a text to say engineer will be there between 8.30am and 11.30am. Just rang home and he's been and gone and no phone call. WTF. Why do they go to the trouble of having these systems and then totally ignore it all and do as they please anyway.
