Hi I'm on my second Versa 2 as the last one conked out and John Lewis has just kindly replaced it as it was still under the 2 year warranty.

Same as the last one I STILL cannot get WhatsApp notifications on my iPhone 13 
I thought the last Fitbit had a glitch but sadly no and it's driving me nuts. I've googled and googled and tried EVERYTHING I've seen. I've got a different phone now and it's still the same.
I've ...Reinstalled the app , everything on and off again , signed out signed back in on iPhone and Fitbit , checked notifications settings are on both in the Fitbit app and iPhone. System notifications are on, I'm getting iMessage notifications but no WhatsApp.
Anyone come across this and found the fix ? Feel like I've tried everything on the Fitbit community help forum so I'm stuck . Thanks !
