Chiropractor or physio for pinched nerve in arm/elbow?

I'm on holiday in a different part of the UK and I've pulled/pinched a nerve in my arm. I have shooting pains when I move the arm in certain directions. I can drive but with pain. I'm not registered with a GP in this region, but even if I was, would they be able to do anything? Would it be better for me to go to see a chiropractor or physio locally instead?

Random. I had my main arm nerve branch pinched /pulled muscle and was hours of moving onto morphine and I got my 'magic wand' on it. Totally solved it. Middle age rocks.

Physio. Best to assess, splint etc and can direct you back to GP if needed.

Physio. One appointment sorted mine out in my shoulder.

A physio should help but I would try and go on reccomendations as some are much better than others. Mine took longer than one session to sort but the exercises made a massive difference to me long term.
