Ok, new bottle of Persil no bio ( contains plant based stain removers) it says.
Started a wash today at 1pm. Towels. It is now 4:45pm. After the cycle finished the machine was full of bubbles, I opened it, it had drained and spun but machine and towels laden with soap. Stuck it on for a rinse thinking that’s strange. Machine filled with more bubbles. And again. At 3;45pm I pulled towels out , still full of bubbles. I have been trying to rinse the bubbles out by hand since then . Still no success. Bubbles and soap just keep coming. There’s only 4 towels including my bath towel so normally you’d think 3 rinses should be enough. No. They’ve been in the bath with hte shower head over them for 30 mins and me squeezing out soap.
I bloody fed up. Got tea to make. Soapy wet towels .I cleared a drum full of bubbles out of the machine. Stuck in a machine cleaner sachet and quick wash. There’s still loads of bubbles in the machine
FFS …AIBU to expect that washing liquid should work
I
DOes anyone know of a way to get this soap to strip out- I did try vinegar and that didn’t help at all
Has anyone else had this issue? It’s like bloody Persil have put in a concentrate about a gizzilion times more concentrated than it should be.
I tried pouring some into my sink and topping sink up with water. Like the most bonkers bubble bath you could imagine…took ages to get rid of bubbles in sink.no wonder my washing machine couldn’t cope.
Help!

My fingers are all stingy as well…like it’s stripped off all moisture ….mind you that could be just having my hands in soapy water for last 2 hours…

How did you get rid of them. I’m still rinising between getting tea and loads still coming out. I think I’m going to have to ditch them as they’re so soapy and the fact my hands are now stingy does make me want to put next to my skin

Dishwasher tablet?

Motnight · 20/02/2022 17:41

Can you put the towels back in the machine through another cycle without any washing powder?

Tried that..2 times. Too much soap. Hence why I took them out and am trying to hand rinse.just spent another 20 minutes on just bath towel in the bath. Still soap is coming out. It is ridiculous My machine is on its 4th cycle without washing in to try to get rid of the bubbles in the machine….I think I will still need to do 1 more as still some signs of bubbles given I’ve not put any washing liquid in now for 6 cycles.😡😡😡
