Driving along the motorway today and traffic was very slow so I was at a standstill for a while. On the grass verge (very steep) there were hundreds of empty cans but all the same (blue Fosters lager) some empty and half squashed, some flattened totally and some empty but not squashed. At first I thought someone must have chucked them out of a car but as I looked I realised that they were all the way from the top of the verge to the motorway, there were no other type of can . I sat there for just a couple minutes and counted at least 2 hundred just in the position of verge that I was looking at and it carried on when I moved slowly for at least a mile and a half. I've been pondering all the way home. I'm sure there is an easy solve but what do you reckon?
