My dbf is quite a bit older than me. She is tough, hilarious, heart as big as a whale. She had major surgery yesterday afternoon after years of severe pain with a hernia. The op kept being pushed back.
I am very close to her eldest dgd who told me that her fluids were a strange colour and blood pressure really high. They have just taken her back down for emergency surgery. Her dgd told me she will be in ICU for at least 5 days.
I'm not at all medical and don't fully understand what is happening.
Its not looking good is it?

Well looking on the bright side if she's going for surgery then they hopefully know or will find out what the issue is.

I don't really have any experience but I hope she's ok.

I can’t offer insight or reassurance but I will pray for your friend, OP. Flowers
