Who types supervision notes?

Aibu to ask staff to type up their supervision notes? I normally either type or write as I go and then type up more comprehensive notes later on to be signed and saved. However I have now realised that a couple of my colleagues get the people in supervision to type their notes up themselves. I have a large staff team, some of whom get supervision every two weeks so this would save me a lot of time. Supervisions tend to be around 2 hours each so this would save a lot of time, does it seem reasonable to ask them to do this?

Ask to take turns? That's what myself and my supervisor do :)

I get the supervisee to type them up, that way they can't complain later that they are inaccurate

Can I ask if you get a deadline for this? Some of my staff would be fab and others would take forever which will drive me nuts!
