What the hell is this?

What is this on my hand? A wart? Spot? It started tiny months ago then turned into this pretty much over night?!? It's itchy and it hurts?

I wonder if it’s something you got in your hand a while back like a splinter and it’s making its way out?

Looks like a sliver of glass or a splinter is under it and it's gone nasty. I'd soak in hottish salt water 3x a day and cover with a dressing and a dab of Savlon and monitor it closely.

Have you handled roses recently? I found a tiny bit of thorn under the skin gives a nasty infection. Warm salt water, bandage and antiseptic cream sound about right.

Get some magnesium sulphate on it to draw whatever is in there out.

Thanks for the replies.. for some reason I never thought there might be something in it I thought some sort of wart or something gross like that was more worried about passing it on to the kids lol

@ThreeLocusts dont think I've been near any flowers/gardening.. it just turned up one day as a little kind of spot thing then turned huge over night x
