Second house, sold during pandemic at a heavily discounted price and since then has gained £80000 in 1.5 years according to Zoopla.
The house we live in now had a lovely view when we bought it. Found out on day we collected keys that the nursing home next door was building a large building right next to us, removing lovely view.
Every property transaction for us has been a disaster.
