To just feel so anxious and uneasy

I can’t shake it off. The worry of war. I’ve always worried about it and in the past things have always been resolved, But now I’m thinking, “this is it”. Have we now got to a point where it’s very likely. I just hate this nagging fear. Can anyone please offer any hope?

I honestly don't believe anything will happen, Putin is just attention seeking.

Wednesday has been and gone so that's hopeful.

I am a little concerned about it if I am honest, however I read an interview yesterday with a foreign affairs news reporter and they seemed sure it wouldn't get as far as an all out war which given he was very clued up on these things, was promising.
