If you could go anywhere, where would you choose?

Hi all, I have a big birthday coming up in a couple of years, and my parents have offered to cover the cost of a flight for me as a special gift. If you could go anywhere for 7 days, where would you choose?

I'd want to limit travel time and jet lag if I only had 7 days, so somewhere in Europe that allowed me to be in an exciting city with places for relaxation too.
