Work is stressing me out

Hi, I’m a 23 year old female and I’m really looking for advice on a job situation, I want to know if I’m being unreasonable.
So I’ve started working in a bakery that’s a small private company about 5 months ago. I’ve been left in charge of one of the two branches, I do all the stock take, manage employees, cash up at the end of everyday and am often being left completely alone in the shop which is stressful because it’s in a dodgy area.
But I’ve been told I’m not considered a manager and am being paid minimum wage, I feel I should be on manager wages which is just £1.50 extra an hour but I still feel I’m entitled to this.

Anywhere I can get advice or am I overreacting??
Thanks for reading this far.

Well it's at least supervisor! I'd look for another job with that experience you'll be a good bet for the job.
