What gift for a teacher

So my little girl is 6 and in year 1.
Her teacher is leaving this Friday to go on maternity leave and my little girl really wants to give her teacher a gift before she leaves,
Was wondering if anyone had any ideas really?
Was thinking maybe a costa gift card or Amazon gift card maybe but don’t know how much to put on it ? Or if anyone else has any ideas would be really appreciated

I would get a little outfit for the baby, or a token like some bibs, socks or little hat.

I got a little baby grow for my daughters teacher, from a high street store and included a gift receipt.

The teacher won't expect anything so will be thrilled with whatever you buy

Do you live somewhere near Costa's? With a baby she will probably visit coffee shops more, so might be nice! Anything that is enough for her to get a drink and a cake. She won't be expecting anything.

When I went off on maternity leave with my first child, my year 11 class clubbed together to buy a onesie for the baby and I was honestly so emotional. Both my children have now worn it home from hospital.

Baby grow and/or bibs. You can never have too many bibs!

I would definitely go with something for the baby - clothes or a toy. That way you can take your daughter to choose it too which would be lovely.
