Industries and WFH flex

I’m currently looking for a new job. Have generally been looking an financial services as the salaries tend to be good but most are requiring at least 3 days a week in the office. Seems like other industries like pharma offer better flexibility. Curious to hear others thoughts on their industries and what is on offer. Thanks

My thought is that you need to be cautious and expect to spend some time in an office. I have read of too many instances where bosses have changed their mind or wanted people in an office at short notice.
