Cost of living depressed !

I know it's a Monday morning and I always feel anxious and blue anyway but I'm feeling really depressed about the future and cost of living etc. It's just me and my dd9 she has ASD, life is hard, All the money I get now will be used to just live. Feeling very worried and depressed.

It's not an UNworrying time is it, OP? Hope you're ok. We just thought we'd bump the thread in case anyone had any words of wisdom for you this evening.

OP it is really worrying just now and I'm sorry it's causing you distress. Hopefully someone will be along soon with wiser words than me but just sending you good thoughts.

I am sorry life is hard for you .Do you belong to any groups locally for parents and children with ASD,our groups have lots of outings and days out which are free and a chance to meet up with others could this help? So you have things to look forward to.Before COVID even holidays were offered.If money is short do you have food share?our church helps families will even deliver.I hope you can find some help.

It’s definitely worrying, @lollipoprainbow. Agree with joining in all the community groups you can to ease things a bit.
