It’s got in it a man who keeps having flashbacks to when he was nearly killed by a hanging. In a tree. His flashbacks almost look like an old movie when they are replayed.
It’s driving me potty trying to remember where I saw it! Help, please!

Maverick with Mel Gibson opens with that and the tv series highlander had an episode where that happened
